Listening to White


The audience was invited to walk in and among two chambers of scrolls of foreign book pages, each dipped in raw bees wax and hand sewn together. A layer of cornstarch covers the floor of the inner chamber. I tended the piece daily for 10 days in a private performance, folding fallen panels, adding cornstarch to the existing layer and documented the experience through writing.
