Performance/Installation, Braille paper, single channel video, unsynched sound, 20-minute loop

Before text-to-speech technology was widely used, I was a reader for a young college student by the name of Segun Ogidan, blind since birth. Through interviews and casual conversations over a period of several years, I collected audio recordings between myself and Segun discussing his thoughts about beauty and women, weaving them with my electronic correspondence. On the evening of the opening reception, I quietly sat in a corner and continued my correspondence with Segun.
