The Reconstruction of Anna Marie Knaus

In Part 1 of 1, a photograph of a woman’s body is submerged under water in a shallow pond and floats throughout the winter months.  The image eventually succumbs to various states of water and ice.

Part 2 of 1 continues with a reflection on the life and approaching death of Anna Marie Knaus.  A video projection depicts a child and her struggle jumping rope.  A galvanized steel sheep trough filled with water sits in the center of the space.
