Based on the premise that it is not until the end of a pursuit that we discover its result, Double Blind explores my father's fear of dying. According to certain authorities, one cannot be pronounced "dead" for 6 minutes after the last resuscitation attempt. Other accounts note that our hearing is the last sense to cease functioning. Double Blind rests, as my father believed, inside this vacuum of "waiting."
